At AA Cranes, safety and compliance remain at the heart of everything we do. Recently, our team completed a load test using water bags, a practical and highly effective method of verifying crane performance and lifting equipment integrity.

Water bag load testing offers several advantages over traditional solid test weights. The bags can be transported and positioned with ease, then filled on-site to achieve the required test load. This provides a safe, controlled, and accurate way to test cranes without the logistical challenges of moving heavy steel weights.

For this project, the water bags were carefully rigged and filled to the specified load, allowing us to verify the crane’s structural integrity, hoisting capability, and overall operational safety. By conducting regular load tests, facilities can identify potential issues before they become costly failures, ensuring compliance with safety regulations while protecting both personnel and equipment.
